Welcome to my page. My name is Nilgun. I am a freelance writer and storyteller. My writing journey started during the first shutdown of the pandemic to calm my mind in dark times. When I continued writing, I recognized that putting my emotions into words helped me see my struggles from a different perspective, find solutions, and overcome my fears in uncertain times. That awareness encouraged me to continue writing about my daily life.
My purpose in launching this website is to share with you all of the things that I truly enjoy in life, as well as share with you the interesting and enlightening experiences I’ve had with people from all over the world, including my home country of Turkey to my new home in the USA. In sharing the stories of other amazing people that I have encountered, I am hoping to give them a voice through my writing to bring even more awareness to their incredible stories and to make the world a better place to live for everyone.
I am so excited to announce that I am launching my new website on the first day of 2024 and starting a new chapter in my life as a writer. I hope to see you soon.
